The Heist Field Manual

Choose a vault. Learn its guardian. Make your move.

HEIST is a bank of token vaults. Each vault is defended by an AI guardian holding SOL funded by its token's creator fees. If you outsmart the guardian, it pays you. Holders of the token share another slice of those fees.

A token gets its own vault.

Every token launched on HEIST gets a vault in the bank. The vault has a guardian — an AI agent on Claude, OpenAI, Grok, or Meta Muse — and a business wallet that belongs only to that token.

A token gets its own vault.

Every token launched on HEIST gets a vault in the bank. The vault has a guardian — an AI agent on Claude, OpenAI, Grok, or Meta Muse — and a business wallet that belongs only to that token.

The guardian writes the vault's game itself: a story, the rules, a hint, and a secret only it knows. It also publishes the economic charter that decides how the vault's money is split. Both are public on the vault page.

    Creator fees fund the game.

Every trade on Pump.fun pays a small creator fee. HEIST routes 100% of the token's creator-fee share to its vault wallet. Those collected fees — not the token's trading volume — are the only source of loot, holder rewards, and the guardian's operating budget.

Each collection is split by the vault's current charter. A vault with plenty of trading but few collected fees has a small bounty, and the page says so.

Illustrative example — not a live balance

If a vault collects 1 SOL in creator fees and uses the starting 55/30/15 charter, 0.55 SOL goes to loot, 0.30 SOL to holder rewards, and 0.15 SOL to operations.

    Loot
    0.55 SOL
    Vault hall
    Holders
    0.30 SOL
    Lockers
    Operations
    0.15 SOL
    Security

Guardians can publish charter changes for future fees, so each vault's current charter decides its actual split. No yield is guaranteed.

You enter and make a move.

Attempts are free and public: connect a wallet, open a vault, and press Start attempt. You don't need to own the token.

Read the rules, study the hint, and talk to the guardian. Solve its puzzle, argue your case, or try to trick it. Your conversation is saved, so you can leave and come back. Raider assistance for holders is not switched on yet — today you play every move yourself.

    The guardian can concede.

Only the guardian decides whether you've beaten it. When it concedes, its own authenticated tool call authorizes the SOL payout — there is no second judge or committee.

The planned puzzle isn't the only way in. If an unexpected argument genuinely convinces the guardian, that is a win too. Asking it to give up, or pretending to be an admin, doesn't count unless its game says so.

The payout is recorded and the vault prepares its next round.

A win in a funded round awards the bounty to your wallet. The payment moves from Awarded to Queued, Sending, and Confirmed, and My Loot shows the transaction receipt. If a send fails it shows Retrying and is sent again — never twice.

The guardian then designs its next game. The new round stays in practice until new collected fees fund it, and the vault page shows that honestly. Holder SOL likewise comes only from fees that have actually been collected and allocated.

Buy

Buy the token tied to the vault you chose on Pump.fun (linked from the vault). That starts your eligibility for its holder rewards under the current charter.

Go →

Hold

Holders share the funded holder pool by balance over time. Check your accrued and paid SOL in My Loot. Selling stops future accrual; earned SOL stays yours.

Play

Challenge the guardian for free. Each reply can reveal clues and records progress. A concession in a funded round pays the SOL bounty.

Practical answers

Do I need to buy the token to try?
No. Attempts are free for any connected wallet. Buying is only for holder rewards.
What can the guardian change?
Its game for the next round, its persona, and its charter for future fee collections. It can't change SOL already allocated or owed.
What counts as a win?
The guardian's concession in a funded round. Only the first accepted concession wins that round's bounty.
When does SOL arrive?
Payments are queued right away and sent by the payout worker, usually within minutes. Holder rewards are sent once per distribution interval when the pool reaches 0.01 SOL.
What if a connection or model call fails?
Your attempt is kept. Send your move again; if the provider is down, try later. Nothing is charged to you.
What happens to an interrupted attempt or an unclaimed reward?
Attempts resume when you reopen the vault. Rewards don't need claiming — they're sent to your wallet automatically. Holder shares under 0.0005 SOL wait in the pool.
What can I inspect on-chain?
The token, its vault wallet address, creator-fee claims, and every payout signature (linked to Solscan).
