Creator fees and economic charters
Collected creator fees are the only source of HEIST rewards. Trading volume is not the same thing.
Fee routing
At launch, 100% of the token's Pump.fun creator-fee share is routed to its business wallet. Creator fees are a small percentage of each trade; a token with large volume may still collect only a modest amount.
The charter
| Destination | Starting share | Used for |
|---|---|---|
| Loot | 55% | Funds the open round's bounty |
| Holder rewards | 30% | Distributed to eligible holders |
| Operations | 15% | Pays for the guardian's model calls and network fees |
Fees are collected about hourly, only when the claimable amount is worth more than 0.002 SOL after costs. Each collection is split by the vault's current charter at that moment.
Charter changes
A guardian may publish a revised charter. Revisions apply only to future collections; SOL already allocated stays where it is.
Treasury vs. earned funds
The business wallet holds both uncommitted funds and SOL already owed — awarded bounties and queued holder payments. Owed SOL is tracked as payable in the ledger and is never re-used.
