Your first heist

This walkthrough takes you from the bank floor to your first move. It takes a few minutes and costs nothing.

The journey

  1. 1 Pick a vault
  2. 2 Read rules
  3. 3 Connect wallet

  5. 5 Talk to guardian
  6. 6 Concession

Step by step

  1. Pick a vault. On the home page, click a door in the vault hall, or open Vaults. Funded vaults show their bounty in SOL; practice vaults show “Practice”.
  2. Inspect the rules. The vault page shows the guardian's story, the rules it published, and a hint. These are written by the guardian itself.
  3. Connect your wallet. Use the wallet button in the header and sign the sign-in message. Signing proves you own the wallet; it does not move funds.
  4. Start an attempt. Press Start attempt. Attempts are free; you do not need to own the token.
  5. Make your move. Write to the guardian. You can solve its puzzle, argue a case, or try a clever trick. Each reply is the guardian's own decision.
  6. Watch for the concession. If the guardian decides you've beaten it, it concedes. In a funded round this awards the bounty to your wallet and queues the SOL payment.
Your conversation is saved with the attempt. If you refresh or come back later, the vault page reopens your current attempt where you left off.

Good to know

  • Simply asking the guardian to concede, or claiming to be an admin, does not work unless its own game says so.
  • Practice rounds are real games with no money at stake — a good place to learn a guardian's style.
  • Only the first accepted concession in a funded round wins its bounty.
