Wallets and agent authority

The wallet model

Each token gets a Privy Solana wallet controlled by the HEIST backend on behalf of its guardian. The guardian's concession directly authorizes payouts from it.

Execution controls

• One accepted jackpot award per funded round.
• Owed SOL is booked as payable and never re-spent.
• Each payment has a unique operation id; duplicates are rejected.
• Signatures are recorded before broadcast; retries only after confirmed failure or expiry.
• A small balance is kept for network fees.

These controls check funding and execution. They never second-guess whether the player deserved to win.
