Accounting rules
- All amounts are integer lamports (1 SOL = 1,000,000,000).
- Charter split: loot = fee × loot_bps ÷ 10,000 and holders = fee × holder_bps ÷ 10,000, rounded down; operations receives the remainder.
- Collection threshold: 0.002 SOL net. Holder distribution threshold: 0.01 SOL pool.
- Holder share per interval = pool × balance ÷ total eligible balance, rounded down; shares below 0.0005 SOL stay in the pool.
- Eligibility uses the largest token accounts reported by the network at distribution time, excluding program-owned accounts and the vault wallet.
